Reformer, Tower, Mat &Barre Classes
All our Classes are have between 3 and 5 participants. You will be guided through the exercises. Our classes focus on one discipline at the time, and we recommend for you to mix between the different classes, giving you an opportunity to feel the Pilates Method.
Reformer Classes
The reformer is designed to reform your body’s movement patterns by strengthening your body, and thereby improve your posture. Our classes are build from the Classical Method and uses the order as a foundation for the class. The reformer uses the straps, springs and frame to build the work out.
Tower Classes
Tower Classes are on a wall frame using adjustable spring resistance, which. creates a powerful, simple workout for your whole body. It strengthens your whole body.
Mat Classes
Our Mat Classes is at the heart of Pilates, the equipment supports your building your mathwork. It will challenge and help you build your strength, tone, control and agility.
Barre Classes
Our Barre Classes are the only classes not Pilates, However, they compliment each other so much. Millie will guide you through the this full body work out using your body and barre to increase strength and Flexibility.
