Suitable from around 15 weeks until your baby arrives, The Class is popular, book in to reserve a spot Mats are provided or bring your own, Free car parking Bring water & wear comfortable clothing, Bring pillow, blanket and your birth ball if you have one

We are FEDENT approved - the antenatal education body, Practice includes birth preparation, active positions for labour and C-sections
